Primary Colors #30daysofbiking

glowing evening ride

It  was a bit cooler than Thursday, but the sun was still shining brightly, and the sky blue, when I went out for a quick evening ride.  Wearing red merrel tee strap shoes, and a red and white gingham scarf I must have appeared quite colorful alongside the cheery yellow forsythia branches in bloom everywhere, riding my turquoise blue bike.  I am still experimenting with taking photos with my iphone, and used the instagram free app for the above shot.  Isn’t it great how the viewing the vivid spring colors can brighten our days and moods?  Are you managing to get more rides in with the approach of pleasant weather?  If so, are you finding your days more joyful?

And on a more serious note, have you hear about this ticketing incident for carrying a small tote type bag on bicycle handlebars?  http://www.nypost.com/p/news/local/manhattan/scandal
